This page covers the agingLens website - the pages you are reading right now. It does not cover the agingLens application that customers log into. Resident information is governed by the written agreement, including the Business Associate Agreement, signed with each customer before any resident data moves.
The short version
Do not send resident information through this website. The demo form does not ask for it, we do not want it here, and anything that arrives that way will be deleted. If you need to send us data, we will set up a secure route during onboarding.
What this site collects
What you type into the demo form
Your name, work email address, facility or group name, an approximate number of buildings, and whatever you write in the open question. That is all the form asks for, and it is all we keep from it.
We use it to reply to you, to prepare for the call, and to keep track of who we have spoken with. We do not sell it, rent it, or hand it to advertisers.
What the servers record on their own
Our host keeps ordinary web server logs - IP address, browser and device type, the page requested, and the time. These exist to keep the site running and to stop abuse of the form. They are kept for a short period and then rolled off.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies of its own and runs no advertising or cross-site tracking. If that changes, this page changes with it, and you will see the notice before it takes effect.
Who else touches it
Two vendors, both handling only what is described above:
- Our hosting provider, which serves these pages and keeps the server logs.
- Our email provider, which delivers the demo request to our inbox and any reply back to you.
We share what you send us with no one else, except where we are legally required to.
How long it is kept
Demo requests are kept while we are in contact and for a reasonable period afterward, in case you come back to us. Ask us to delete yours and we will.
Email is not secure
Ordinary email is not a secure channel. Please do not put resident names, record numbers, dates of birth, diagnoses, or account balances into an email to us. If you need to share a file, ask and we will send you a secure way to do it.
Your choices
Write to hello@aginglens.com and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Depending on where you live, you may have a legal right to those things; we will honor the request either way.
Children
This site is for people who work in skilled nursing. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes will be called out here rather than slipped in quietly.
