These terms cover this website. They do not cover the agingLens application. Access to the application is governed by the separate written agreement signed between agingLens and the customer, and where that agreement and this page disagree, the agreement wins.

What this site is

A description of a product, and a way to ask for a demo. Nothing here is a contract, a quote, or a commitment to deliver any particular feature by any particular date. Features described as in progress are in progress.

Not professional advice

Nothing on this site is legal, accounting, billing, compliance, or reimbursement advice. Coverage rules, filing deadlines, and payer requirements change, and they vary by state and by payer. You remain responsible for the accuracy of what you bill and for meeting your own regulatory obligations.

The illustration on the home page

The aging screen shown on the home page uses fictional names, record numbers, and balances. It represents no real resident, payer, or facility, and the totals are made up.

Using the form

Send us accurate information, and send it about yourself or an organization you are authorized to speak for. Do not use the form to send resident information, to send anything unlawful, or to send bulk or automated submissions.

Our content

The text, layout, design, and the agingLens name and mark on this site belong to agingLens. You may read it, share links to it, and quote it with attribution. You may not copy it wholesale onto another site or use the name or mark in a way that implies we endorse you.

PointClickCare is a trademark of PointClickCare Technologies Inc. agingLens is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by PointClickCare. The reference is descriptive only.

Availability

This site is provided as it is. We try to keep it up and accurate, but we do not promise it will always be available, or that everything on it is free of error. We may change or remove any of it.

Limits

To the fullest extent the law allows, agingLens is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this website, including anything you decided to do on the basis of what you read here. This does not limit anything that cannot lawfully be limited.

Where we link to somebody else's site, we are not responsible for what is on it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of laws rules.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top will change when we do, and continuing to use the site after that means the updated terms apply.
